What is Go-Off?
A new event series from Berlin. We start as a rave & event, but the bigger vision is to grow Go-Off into a full platform: label, booking, management, all built around one shared identity.
The idea
Berlin's techno & rave scene runs on a clear code. All-black outfits, repetitive sounds, serious faces on the floor, and a door policy that puts exclusivity over everything else. It works for a part of the city, but it leaves everyone else outside.
Go-Off is the deliberate counter. We're bringing warmth, smiles, and loud singalongs back onto the dancefloor. Here, ecstasy isn't a taboo, it's the whole program.
Why now
Berlin's techno scene was born out of something real. After the wall came down, empty buildings became clubs, and a whole generation used hard, repetitive, hypnotic music to process freedom, history, and the chaos of a city rebuilding itself. The darkness, the seriousness, the long nights, all of that meant something. It still does. We have huge respect for that lineage.
But three decades later, the code has hardened into a uniform. What started as raw expression has turned into a dress code, a face, a checklist. A whole generation now wants to go out, sweat, scream, sing along, fully lose it, and finds no room that lets them. Go-Off is built for exactly those people. We're not against the Berlin tradition, we're the next chapter of it: curated, loud, full of energy, and finally smiling again.
Sound
Melodic Techno, then UK Garage, then (Hard-)bounce, Trance, Hard Techno, Schranz, Hardstyle. Our signature is in the selection: edits, remixes, and tracks with vocals you actually recognize and sing along to.
Every night is built like a story. Soft entry, deliberate buildup, and then the climax that hits hard. By the end of the night, every one has gone off.
The Go-Off moment
Every event has one. The moment the whole floor tips over at the same time and the room becomes one organism. It's not luck. It's the result of tight lineup curation and a fully composed dramaturgy from the first track to the last.

- Boiler Room principle. The DJ stands in the middle of the crowd, with minimal distance between DJ and crowd. Artist and the crowd are one.

- A clear break from the standard Berlin aesthetic. Our color world is built on the palette of a sunset: warm oranges, pinks, glowing reds, bold and inviting. We want people to feel the same thing they feel watching the sun go down: throwing their hands up in the air and screaming it all out!
- Crowd
- For everyone who wants to go out and let go, but doesn't connect with the cold, hard side of Berlin's scene. Open, positive, ready to lose it. We curate the room through atmosphere, sound, and branding, not through door policy. Everyone who shares the energy is welcome.
The name
Go-Off carries a whole world in two syllables:
- Go off, let go, lose it
- Brain off, turn your body on
- Go Offline, Go Off-Screen, Go Off-Limits
- And yes, "Goof" is inside the name, too. Because we don't take ourselves too seriously, and the crowd shouldn't either.
What we're looking for
A small venue for our first event. An intimate space where we can run the format with a tight crowd and let the concept prove itself in the room.
